Mgo-PSZ ceramic is a partially magnesia stabilized zirconia. It has good fracture toughness and impact resistance. My Mg-PSZ will not go through phase transformation at elevated temperatures, so it is a good candidate material where the operating temperature is above 300 degrees C.
